6-2-18 GRANDMAN TRIATHLON

GRANDMAN B-E-A-S-T Weekend Camp – $150

  • 2017 CAMP DAYS: March 31st, April 1st, & April 2nd.
  • MEET & TRAIN DAILY @American Legion 700 S. Mobile Street, Fairhope, AL.
  • ACHIEVEMENT oriented speed camp on Grandman race course to fully prepare for race day starts Friday 5pm – 7pm; Saturday 8am – 5pm; Sunday 8am – 12pm.
  • PRE-REQS: Completed 1 or more sprint distance triathlon or longer. SWIM 600yd non-stop in 15:00 or less. Road/Tri BIKE that fits + appropriate safety and repair gear, Avg.16mph or better on rolling hills. Run hilly 5K in 34:00 or less.
  • CHECKLIST ITEMS: Including but not limited to certified bike helmet, rear flashing light, spare tube, CO2, tire tool, bike computer, HR monitor, GPS or sports watch, wetsuit, swim goggles, race belt.
  • LEARN YOUR LTHR: Lactate Threshold HR +VO2 Max for swim, bike, run.
  • COMBO workouts execution & analysis on video + strategy discussion.
  • GUEST SPEAKERS: Grandman elite athlete performance, videos, dialogue, strategy sessions.
  • POST CAMP USB Flash drive with relevant talking points, docs and videos.
